account in the red???

I use the woolworth app on my mobile, why do i feel violated by this app, I often pay well ahead of the due date, if late i pay in extra this happend only once this year, now the app says i am in the red. this is how it was a few days ago then i paid what is due in October and still I show red....is there a problem with your accounting system?

I have deleted my app and will certainly no longer support your business.
