Account in arrears yet I pull in full

I paid my woolworths store account in full .

yet I keep receiving message that I have an overdue payment and my account is in arrears. I went instore to Woolworth's in sandton city and I was advised to make a call to the Woolworths financial services contact Centre to get this sorted yet my call was cut short.

I need urgent assistance in resolving this and it is affecting my credit record negatively.
