Account handed to Attoney's

Ive just been informed that my account has been handed over to a collection attorney because it is 4 months overdue. <br> <br> The Extremely rude call agent told me just to pay it and that their records are correct although ive been trying to explain that if the first purchase was made in March 2015, the account cannot be 4 months overdue!!!!! <br> <br> I do not know why I have been supporting Woolworths if this is the way they treat the last remaining customers they have. The worst thing is that the finance department from Woolworths doesn't understand either!!!!
