account handed to 2 collection agency

My account was handed to two debt collection agencies and both are contacting me to make payment. I have arranged a debit order with MBD and then received a calls and emails from Norman Bissett. Both companies are giving me different balances. I contacted woolworths and received no response.<br> I understand my account is in default but I am making pmts. There is no respect given to me by these call centres.<br> Please can this issue be addressed urgently.
