Account hacked into and beneficiaries changed

The beneficiaries on my ‘my planet’ card were deleted and Chayiwe Primary School added as the only beneficiary. I am pretty sure that this happened when I got a replacement card. Unfortunately I only realised it months later and when I did, I changed the beneficiaries back to my selected beneficiaries and brought the matter to WW’s customer service attention. I was astounded to receive a reply saying that their staff were not involved in the ***** and anyway my selected beneficiaries were now going to receive the money. I was treated as if my complaint was of no consequence whatsoever. What is the point of having a my planet card when WW’s staff can just change the beneficiary to their own kid’s primary school when they issue you a new card?
