Account deparment Nuisances

Hi <br> I cancelled my account a few years ago with Woolworth's and it was the best thing I had ever done , I used to get a blacklisting account for an amount of R64.00 which was owing to them , I remember going into the store to cancel my account and believe it or not they still persist in e-mailing me , now they keep phoning me regarding my brothers account and this as well I had instructed them on many occasions to remove my number from their system as instructed by my brother as well , They keep insisting that they don't have his details, how do you open an account for someone without having their detail , I cannot understand.<br> All I am requesting is that they refrain from e-mailing me and remove my numbers completely from their system , but their rude accounts consultant don't seem to comprehend simple English. How sad for our country to try get something so simple done.
