Account Closed, Itc not Updated

Hi<br> <br> After closing my account in Sept 2014, my Transunion report was updated after 4 months showing the account is closed and 0 balance. In Feb 2015 woolwoorths *********** staff opened the account again showing a opening balance and closing balance, and that i have been paying for the last 2 months. Its false info because i don't have an account with woolworths for the last 6 months.<br> <br> I have sent numerous email but no response.
