Account being paid up but still shows reds even after 2 years.

The review is on Woolworths Financial Services. The matter is outstanding since Feb 2020. I have paid Woolies in full and still to date it still shows in the Credit Report with the reds and having an outstanding balance. This has an impact on my score and getting financial assistance from institutions.
