Absolutely wonderful service

On Monday evening I saw a nice pair of shoes, however did not see my size on the shelf. The store was busy so I didnt think that I would find anyone to assist. A gent (in the cosmetic section) walked over and asked if I need assistance (unfortunately I cannot remember his name). He said that he would find that lady in the Studio W section (where I was standing) and returned a few minutes later with Claurika. She went all the way to the storeroom to check and also checked on the system but my size was not in stock. After I thanked her and was about to leave, she said she would check on the system which store had my size in stock. She then contacted Paarl mall and arranged for them to deliver. I must say I was really pleasantly surprised, she was so friendly and went the extra mile, which I must admit is so rare these days. Thanks also to the gentleman who went to look for her and apologised for taking so long (he was only gone a few minutes). They really made my day.
