Absolutely Unacceptable

My friend and I went for \breakfast"at the Woolies Cafe today in Canal walk - we sat down and ordered our drinks. The restaurant was quite busy so we waited about 15min for an iced tea and a coffee. We then ordered 2 chicken and mayo sandwiches. We waited AN HOUR for our food. At the 50 min mark"
