Absolutely terrible service

They advertise specials like a cooked chicken schnitzel for R20each and then give you R240 of uncooked schnitzel instead. Once I ordered 5 chicken strips because they were having a special for 5 chicken strips and because my substitution was a chicken they wanted to know if I wanted 5 whole chickens. No, I don't want R40 worth of ready meals to be replaced with hundreds of rands of uncooked meals. Thank you. The call centre takes around 7 calls to answer the phone which made things even more stressful and complicated, finally I get hold of someone to cancel and they say okay no problem I've cancelled, 20 minutes later the driver is at the gate. Woolworths is the worst online shop. So much potential for improvement but they prefer taking mad bonuses for overselling chicken.
