ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

<p>I opened a Woolworths Account last year November'2015 to help a family member.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was suppose to pay it and she never did so fair enough, Woolworths handed me over to MBDCS (MBD) Attorneys, neither Woolworths or MBD can assist me with a Statement to the Account on how much i still owe aswell as how much i have paid. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are absolutely the worst and now they will most probably take more and more money as i set a Debit Order to get it fully paid and them off of my back.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are quick to phone and say you owe them money, but they cannot even assist you with a FREAKING STATEMENT! </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can anyone help with this or maybe know what i can do please.</p>
