Absolutely Frustrating

<p>I started paying my Wooworths Visa Credit Card in 2014 January paying R400 a month when it was handed over Mooney Ford Attorneys in Durban the Principal Debt was R22 000.I have been paying very month since Jan 2014.In March 2016 I did ask for the balance from Monney Ford Attorney the Agent told me that the balance now was R15 700.I asked her how do they calculate their interest I wanted the Percentage She could not tell rudely she said the account accumulates interest every month.I also could not understand why should I pay them through Wooworths while they are handling the account they just said the account was handed to them.Yesterday I called 20/07 Monney Ford Attorneys for my balance I was told that the balance is R30 000 the explanation was the account has accumulated interest.I need an investigation to this account from 2014 Jan when it was handed over to them.The Call Centre Agent was not interested in any Customer Service She just wanted to know when is my next payment.Acc ********** ********** 17 </p>
