Absolutely disgusting service. Woolworths Chatsworth

I am currently 9 months pregnant and I recently went to Woolworths Chatsworth to return some baby clothes which I received as gifts. All of the clothing still had the tags on and the reason I needed to return because it was way to big for a newborn to use and by the time my baby is 3 months it will be summer and there will be no use for the clothing. The ladies turned me away and asked me to get the slips. How is that even possible, do I have to contact all my guests to ask them who bought what and do they still have slips. That's utter nonsense. I am a regular shopper at Woolworths and this is the first time I experience this service
