absolutely disgusted with customer service receive

Purchase a bra sale item which did not fit. 03/03/2015 chatsworth woolies of which I'm a loyal customer for numerous years. Total disgusted wid the attitude n response from management. When I tried to return a garment. Wesley insisted dat the cashier would have fully checked garment. How can he claim dat wen he was not present. At this point I strongly feel if this the service I receive afta the numerous years of loyalty that I should stop purchasing at this retailer. Trans 341 till 10 employee number ***. Dissatisifacation n disrespect from management.
