absolutely disgusted

<p>I have never experienced such bad service in my life!! I have been stuck on the side of the road for over two hours waiting for a tow truck to assist me. I call Woolworths Insurance and no one answers after at least 8 attempts, 20minutes andR28 of airtime. Eventually someone answers, then puts me on hold indefinitely. O call back, am put on hold for 10mins then someone answers and says she will phone me back. She doesn't. On the third attempt I ak assisted by Mpho. She tells me the tow truck that was coming to assist me broke down and is being towed by someone else. But someone will be here soon. Its 2 hours, 40 mins later and I am still waiting</p>
