Absolute shocking interest rates

<p>I usually pay more than my full outstanding balance, but just once I paid 24 cents short and Woolworths charges me with R13-09 interest. REAL SHARKS!! Woolworths don't even indicate on my statement whether interest is per annum of per month!</p>
