Absolute poor service

I’ve been shopping at Woolworths for years, and was always satisfied with their service until now. I ordered about 16/17 items and was advised that delivery will take place between 7-9am , as a baker I had an order to complete. Not only was my order 4 hours late, I lost a customer who trusted that I will deliver on time, money for the order I failed to deliver, and time wasted, I will never use Woolies Dash again. First time and definitely my last.
