Absolute pathetic service

This is for Woolworths Credit Card section. I would like to know why do these people continuously contact you for asking about payments when their statements give you a due date , and they start calling you persistently to ask of you will make payments. What nonsense is that! Why dont they wait till the due date and if the client did not make a payment then they contact people. This is absolute nonsense because I am not going to be charged for calls they make that they add and for what...to ask if you will pay and weeks in advance...what for!
