Absolute bad service

<p>I have been trying to close my account for the last month. I got a settlement amount which I paid. After trying to close the account, I was informed that another amount was outstanding. I requested the settlement account again, that was two weeks ago. Still nothing. I asked them to please give me feedback as I wish to close the account. Still nothing.</p>
