Absa's new Debit Cards, starting with 4698 cannot be TAPPED at any of your stores!!!!!

On the 17/04/2019 I wote to Woolworths Customer Helpline with the following complaint: "Absa's new contactless DEBIT CARDS do NOT work as a contacless card at any of the Woolworths POS devices. The card ONLY works at Woolworths when it is dipped and NOT when it is TAPPED. The following error is received by SMS. 'Absa Transaction not authorised. Something went wrong at payment terminal. Call ***for help. FSP/NCRCP7'. This inability to tap my card at Woolworths is frustrating the daylights out of me. The same card works at all other merchants if the POS offers tap, except Woolworths". I cannot pay by tapping my Absa Debit Card starting with 4698, at ANY OF YOUR WOOLWORTHS STORES. I've tried two different cards (both starting with 4698 at numerous Woolworths Foods and NONE of the payments were successful. Your Customer Care refuses to help me because I cannot provide the name of the stores. Here is the response from your Customer Care: "With all due honesty, we require the name of a store you recently visited to investigate whether the store has address this technical problem with our service management center." WHAT NON-SENSE IS THAT??? Please do your own investigations and just fix the problem or get Absa to fix the problem. I'm telling you that Absa Debit Cards starting with 4698 cannot be tapped at ANY of your stores. What more do I need to say???? Hope this is clear enough for you to adequately investigate and resolve the problem.
