I have a problem I was retrenched on October 2022. I submitted my documents like retrenchment letter, U19, affirdavity and other form at Woolworth. I went to Woolworth to do a follow up,they ask me to submit again for another 6 Months it's was mid 2023 I think around May. So on Thursday I got a sms that said "they pay the balance so the remaining Ill have to pay. Following I went to Woolworth to check my balance they said it's R2700 and I'm in Errears of R800. So I ask the who is going to pay 800 that is in Arrears because no one told that I need to pay the remaining balance before those arrears. I dont mind to hustle for that R2700 because I can see Woolworth is not fair at all other insurances paid all my debt but they said they won't pay the whole balance.they didn't tell us when we open the Acc they just tell us to take the insurance. So I want to take this further because I won't pay for that R800 that is arrears they supposed to call me and inform me about what is going to happen, so I didn't receive any call from the until I get that sms on Thursday 29 Feb. So please hello Peter I need your help and justice in that I'll try to hustle for R2700 not the one that is in Arreas
