A week since I paid extra for a specific delivery date and still no parcel!

Paid extra for delivery of my parcel on a specific date. Almost a week later and no parcel. Called numerous times trying to cancel my order yet every morning I receive my “out for delivery” SMS that never seems to arrive at my address. Courier service keeps on telling lies that I keep on requesting a different delivery date. Every time you call “customer care” you speak to someone else and every one is shocked as if there is no history of my thousand calls on the same day.
