A shocking example for Woolworths!

Terrible attitude from till staff, doors opening late in the morning, wet floors with no signs... this store at Constantia Village is killing the reputation Woolworths is so well known for. I visit this store every morning Monday - Thursday and it has got progressively worse over time. The staff have terrible attitudes, are abrupt and short with you - no friendliness like other stores. I have been in the store on three occassions when the doors have just opened and they have only just finished the floors so they remain wet with no warning signs and have as a result nearly fell on my face several times! In addition, the store is supposed to open at 8am however opens at about 08.05 - 08.10 - all depending on where security is. It is so bad I have been stuck at the exit door as they don't open that in time for the customers to leave. It is embarrassing and definitely not upholding the Woolworths brand. All in all a shocking service and I hope something is done soon as they are within a little shopping centre with a Pick n Pay and that is a lot more appealing to me at the moment!
