A Rude Manager at Woolworths Atteridgeville

I had encountered a Horrible and Embarrassing experience at Woolworths store In Atteridgeville, was humiliated and undemained by the Manager herself. On the 2nd of December 2022, I went to the woolworths store in Atteridgeville (Atlyn), to Purchase food with my store card, my initials were partially fading away, which the the lady teller told me Politely. but I Gave her my ID, and also offered to show her my Woolworths Statement/ and also show her on my app, to show that the card belongs. But the manner of which the Lady Manager addressed the situation, was unprofessional and uncalled for she was rude, and of course I reciprocated what she was giving to me. It was just a back and forth, kept on asking to assist me, as I needed to purchase the food, as I had no money or My Card to pay for the food, but she was not compassionate, nor understanding, she even said with her mouth that if i was not shouting at her, she would assist me and allow to purchase with the card, in front of other customers.Unfortunately my matter was not solved, I had to drive 21Km to a different Woolworths which I had no issues at all, who Gladly assist me which I am thankful for. So Now I feel intimidated to go that same Woolworths store In Atteridgeville due that same reason.
