A pair of tan woman's loafers priced at R 599 was purchased at Woolworths, upon wearing the shoes for the first time. It was so tight causing my feet to swell up because the blood circulation was cut off. This was not because the size was incorrect. Infact it was a size up from my usual size. Not only was the experience painful which caused blisters but also extremely embarrassing as I had to walk around with no shoes on my feet in the heart of Winter. The shoes was exchanged and pictures were sent as requested with no follow up or feedback. If this is how paying customers are being treated. I don't want to be a customer.
