A little common sense can go a long way

I exited Dischem, put my bags on a bench (because my hands were full) sterlised my hands in disposable gloves then walked into Woolworths Canal Walk Cape Town approximately 10:00 and was chastised by the security at the front door for not using hand sanitiser. I explained the situation and she rep****, "yeah, but you're here now!" There is no law that asserts I must use hand sanitiser nor wear disposable gloves, only that I wear a face mask, but I do all three, how can that not be good enough, and how unprofessional is that kind of attitude from security? Store manager won't do anything because I can't supply a name (how many different security guards were working the front door at that store at the day at that time?) and supports the insistence of using hand sanitiser although it is not ******* and surely the customer has good reason not to be able to sanitise at EVERY entrance they pass through and is wearing disposable gloves. Very lame and am looking forward to finding alternatives to Woolworths in the future.
