When I got to the till I was surprised that the special did not go through again, I told Kyla the lady assisting me that the special tag is still there. She called the PPC Pricilla to let her know so that she overrides again but this time she was very rude, I personally went with her to the products to show her that where did I see the special on. Pricilla and Maxine told me that the special is finished and I won't get the product for the amount I saw, they then removed the tag. I went back to Kyla who told me that the customer must pay the price they see. When the PPC Pricilla came she started speaking in Afrikaans saying that we must wait for management he is the one who will tell them what to do not me. Mr Charl the store manager came and greeted us with a smile and authorised the items. We paid and we left the store.
