A dash of disappointment

Woolies dash online orders are so pathetic. I ordered the 3 for 2 Wednesday pizza special and 1 was substituted because they did not have stock and the discount was not app**** to the substituted pizza because as per their customer service agent it was not part of the original order. This makes no sense because the substituted pizza also falls under this promotion???? So I’m being penalized because they didn’t have stock of the one pizza on my original order ? What does it matter if it was still 3 pizzas in total . Woolies you are dropping the ball with your dash online shopping . Please ask Checkers 60 for some tips
