A Complaint Regarding A staff member at Woolworths Mdantsane City Mall

Good Day

I am Thabisa Mnyaka Residing in Mdantsane in East London. I am laying a complaint of a staff member, Her name is Gwen Gqodi, working at Woolworths In mdantsane city mall. I have bought two Items(Skirts) the other one with a leopard print Xtra small.. The black and white one is size small, reason returning the black and white size small it's a big make, decided to return and take something else with the R300 Rands.

Gwen Gqodi is very rude, and undermines Woolworths customers, referring to my statement, she undermined me firstly by seeing me a very poor person ever who comes and buys clothes from your shop and decide to return them as I did not firstly fit them,,, .. Secondly she humiliated me by saying the skirt was damp...meaning she looked at me as poor customer that bought an item from woolworths and washed an item.. And return it to the shop, I believe by this statement I am saying that her impression.. Was I was returning back maybe for a cash back whilst already stated was going to take something else of the same amount if not Wil add the difference. What I mean by this statement.. It is the assurity from her mouth.. How convinced she was whilst throwing such insult to me... She moved from that.. I by answering her... She now gave me a worst attitude ever by asking..did I not fit the skirt to see that Size small di not fit me well, than returning it back to the store. So now I am stupid customer who buys clothes from woolworths,, now as Gwen Gqodi feels now I'm a poor, hungry customer who is returning a won item now bringing it back because it is dirty. I will never accept such attitude from your staff member Gwen Gqodi.. I will never accept such humiliation to be taken granted by a staff member who undermines a customer by feeling that.. Maybe she is in a superior position.. Now she needs to put in her personal attributes. She has a worst attitude ever.The staff for Mdantsane City is friendly, they all know me, recognize me, I have never experienced such, bt Today I even lost interest in buying from your store.

Mdantsane City Mall staff.. They are very friendly....Gwen Gqodi if she is the face of the company whatever position she is.... She is dirting the image of Woolworths Mdantsane City Mall.
