A celebration ruined

I cannot believe how incompitent woolworths is. Bought a celebration cake( for a baby shower) online over the weekend to pick up on Sunday morning WW processed and comfirmed it only for them to call me on Sunday 1:30 min before my pick up time to tell me they do not have the cake. Made alternative arrangement to get the cake somewhere else at a higher cost only for WW to come back to me at 12 to say they nlw have the cake. I asked for a refund as I had already purchased the cake somewhere else the manager said they will processes it only for WW to debit me again 4days later for an order I did not even get.
