A BOUQUET OF THANKS

<p>My first experience of shopping online at Woolies has turned out to be top-rate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I registered as a new user and ordered 2 bunches of roses @ R100,00 each to be delivered to Hout Bay today.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning Dicenso of Online called me to advise that particular specimen was unavailable but offered me a completely acceptable substitute.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having first checked with his supervisor, Dicenso then advised me they would waive the R20,00 difference I owed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that's a special gesture and the bouquet for great services goes to him and his colelagues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their customer is very happy and I know the recipient of the flowers is going to be even more so. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
