9 out of 10 service!!! In a country where bad service 1/10 is a norm

Always get great service from you guys... twice I've been to your stores before closing time and not once I've seen the tellers frustration but they rather ensured I get the service 100%. I was shopping for my daughter and 1 out of the 3 pairs of shoes I wanted to buy for her was sold out at Rosebank and they made arrangements for me to go collect at Southgate(closer to my house). I have many other exceptional stories to share... KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE, lead the way for other retailors to follow!
