8 Minutes Return Policy

I purchased Vienna from galleria , on Sunday last week only to find out it was pork. I am a customer of Woolworth I don’t know of your 8 min policy ?? Does your cashier tell each client mam u have 8 min to return your fridge goods if you are not happy ? This is Totally not on , I could not go back to return the viennas as due to covid 19 there are protocols to follow and sanitize etc .
