I phindile Ngobe I went to groblersdal mall woolworths today to buy guest towels the price on the item it was R75.95 and on the till it was R79.99 I then told the cashier in regards with the price she called the supervisor by the name of Margaret she override the item to the price I saw I then stipulated the policy around that when it says the item should be foe free she said to me if you bought more than one item the first one for free I then said if I have one item. And you should give me for free she refuse I then called the head office they agrees with me they have asked me to return to the store so that they can give me my money back she has spoken to the lady from head office she agrees that she will sort me out but she still buzy with another customer and I waiting already for 30 minutes long already she told me that she is calling the manager to give her the authorization but after thagt they keep on running around like chicken heads I called the head office again but they haven't got back to me until now please assist
