500 ml Water Bottle ***** top lid

I purchased a 500 ml bottle of still water from Morningside Shopping Centre Woolworths and was unable to open the lid. The ***** top lids have changed and it is impossible to open! I do not know how elderly people manage!!! I called Woolworths customer care line on Tuesday the 23rd June and have heard nothing back from them. I have subsequently bought more water and still find it very difficult to open.
