5-star treatment at Woolworths Store

I normally go to Woolworths after 14.00 to see for any markdowns. At a recent trip to a Woolworths Store in Kromboom Road, Athlone, Cape Town, I purchased a few 30% off items. When I got to my car, I noticed that on 1 of the items I did not receive the markdown and went back to the store. I went to the same cashier; she apologised and called the manager to correct the price. The manager came, apologised and gave me my refund. The manager took accountability for the incorrectly price item and I received the item for free. I did not get the manager (moslem lady) or cashier's name (African young lady) but they treated me like royalty. Woolworths never disappoints.
