3year old child assualted by staff member at woolworths shelly beach

About 2 weeks ago while shopping at your Woolworths store in Shelly Beach, my 3 Year old Grandchild was in the trolley while we were shopping. My grandchild touched a Woolworths staff member, who then slapped my grandchild. When questioned about it, it is alleged that my grandchild hit her, he is 3 years old? how hard can a 3 year old possibly hit??. I am still waiting to be contacted by the manager. I want shift action to be taken against the employee in question.

please can someone resolve this matter!!!!!!
