3x Dumbest Agents - Guiness Book of Records

In a shortened version, I was contacted by WFS to open a store card, clueless agent #1 was not aware that they were affiliated with FNB and told me I need not send payslips. I was then contacted and told that they do need payslips, so I sent it. I was then contacted to say that my account was approved and my card was being sent to my PO Box and will get it in about 2 weeks. Then I was offered a credit card on the 11th of March by WFS. I went through the whole application. I then received an sms on the 11th of March asking that I call them, I did, clueless agent #2 was not aware of my credit card application but told me to send payslips for my store card which was apparently already on its way to me but according to him, was not yet approved. That Monday I received an sms again and when I called in I was told that I should ignore smses and WFS will contact me. 20 March I receive an sms again, so today March I call WFS again and clueless agent #3 advises that the credit card application I did on the 11th of March expired in February and my store card application is still awaiting payslips that was sent and approved on the 10th of March.... I absolutely give up!!!!!
