3WEEKS STILL NOTHING

On the 05/04 I went to your Tygervalley store and came across a 3/4 boot on the Country Road range (Product Code *** in BARLEY colour) and the store didn't have it in a size 7 (my size) a lady by the name of Tammy then offered to get the boot from another store (Waterfront) sent to their store (Tygervalley) and promised that I would have the boot by end of the end that week. Today is 20/04 and i'm still waiting for the very same boot, I've been calling the store back and forth and told they were to get back to me, to date I still haven't heard anything. How hard can it be to get a shoe that's within Cape Town to be delivered to another CT branch???
