Woolworths is my kinda store. I really want to applaud the CEO of this store. This store has set itself apart by raising the standard of class and experience their customers experience. One of the main aim is to give pleasure and not stress to their customers. If you are unhappy with anything, they are always ready to accept any returns without interrogating or making one feel the need to explain. If they do ask, it is to understand how they can improve the customer's experience. I appreciate the consistency of the stores in all branches you go to.

#30in30 Woolworths was the first store to partner with a petrol station (Engen) as a way to extend their consumables outside of the stores operating hours - talk about innovation!! and ofcourse other shops copied this brilliant idea -#30in30 Woolworths set standards and others follow because they are " The difference"!!
