30 days later, yet to be refunded!!!!!

On January 23, I placed and online order for an amount of R203.98 - order number ***, my order was cancelled the following day, 7 days later I enquired about my refund, I was promised to have the refund paid out within 14 days, Last week I called I called Woolworths and spoke to a lady called Shanay (ref ***) who assisted with the processing of the refund, I was told that I will be refunded within 48hours, to date I have not been refunded, this is absolutely a very poor service from Woolworths and goes against all TCF principals, Its almost a month and I have yet to be refunded, pathetic service really.
