3 Month long Harrassment by Woolworths third partyCollections Companies.

In early May, I received phone calls from a collections company called Nationwide debt collectors stating that they are collecting a debt on my Woolworths credit. Shocked by this I went to a Woolworths store and informed that I never took out a credit cars from them or any other clothing retailer for that matter. I submitted all documentation to dispute the transaction, and the store assistant sent it through to the Woolworths ***** department. I kept on being harassed by the collection company and every time, they disregarded my explanation that I had dealt with Woolworths credit department. On Friday I received a call from a guy who told me that my account had been handed over to hi Law Firm for legal action. In total the calls come to about 90 calls. I have tried everything from blocking the numbers ***, +27 87 754 0***) to going to the store to follow up on the case and on Saturday, 20th July 2019, I called the Woolworths ***** Department, and it put me through to the collections company, I spoke to a lady and told her that I am tired of the harassment. She put me through to Mr Scott from the W ***** Dept who assured me that they had dealt with it and I told him that I am frustrated by their lack of action on this and the fact that I am being harassed daily. I also asked him to make sure that I do not get harrassed again. I apologized and this made me hopeful that this will stop. Today, I received a call from a lady called Trashantha, now this is a different collections company called NVB credit collections. Woolworths apparently handed the account over to them on the 18th July 2019. She wanted me to send documents to initiate a dispute of credit. How do I even trust these people with my personal documents when I have already been a victim of ***** and I am not even getting any resolution of the matter? I told her that I will not do that she can contact Woolworths because I have already done that process. I have this to say, I have been harassed enough. Woolworths must stop being *********** and do due diligence when opening credit accounts. They must deal with this problem fully, clear my credit record, make sure I do not receive any phone calls, and manage their third party service providers accordingly. Clearly, no one is resolving this query, the ******** who opened the credit card is out there whilst I am getting harrassed. If this continues, I will open a charge of crimen injuria against Woolworths.
