3 incidents with this individual

I have been unable to register a complaint on any woolworths website, so I have been left with no option but to go the hello peter route. I have already had one incident at woolworths in Clearwater where Desmond the store manager, tried to sort- not entirely to my satisfaction.that aside, I can't shop at this store in Clearwater while a lady called Idah remains there. I had 3 incidents where she has been involved and she just can't get away with her attitude. Firstly, I was looking for a swimsuit in a particular size- I was happy to go to the store to collect it. I left her my details and after 3 hours when I had finished my shopping I returned to woolworths- she was asleep at the computer!! Yes, asleep and said when I woke her up and complained that she had not contacted me that she had no luck in sourcing my swimsuit. Her attitude was appalling. The next day I went to Cresta, who sourced the swimsuit and I went and collected in Pretoria- the staff where efficient and pleasant and knew me by name when I went to collect at Montana. Why couldn't Idah have done this- because she was sleeping?.next 2 incidents happened with Idah again- no space to advise you of the horror of these.
