2months, false promises and no resolution

I posted a video on Facebook 22nd July 2020 the video has over 40k views. I got called by Sergio on the 27th July 2020 after his seen the video on Facebook. He then said and I quote "The security guard at the door did not look up at the persons face that is why he entered the store without a mask this putting everyone in danger. Management was not on the floor at the time." I recorded Sergios call. He went on to say he will be calling me the Saturday again to follow up with me and escalate the traumatic experience in Woolworths Soneike to head office and they will call me within 24 hours. None of the above ever happened. I then called Soneike and none of the managers wanted to take ownership of the query, I then hello petered the store. On the 2nd of September Morne the store manager called asking me what would make me happy, to come back to the store and I said he must propose something to me and he did. Promising me the following on a recorded call: A bottle of wine A bunch of flowers A R500 Woolworths voucher and I said no R1000 voucher for the inconvenience I want to collect it from his hands at the store. Also I wanted a hand written card from all the supervisors in the store not taking ownership of the matter. I asked him to send me a email of the above things and he had advised that his word is his honor, he will get back to me by the Monday 7th September and he didn't. I then called the store and they said they will get him to call me. The 8th September still no call and I called the store again and the on 9th September I called the store again then Morne called me back saying store management said all protocols has been followed and they are not at fault. I have every recorded conversation with Woolworths and how they went back on their word or wanting to resolve this issue since July 2020 and also fulfilling their PROMISE to make me happy and come back to the store.

I want WOOLWORTHS Soneike Area manager to resolve this complaint that's been dragging on for 2 months with no resolution and false promises. I will also release the telephone recorded conversations since the 27th July 2020 till the 9th September 2020 with names, dates and everything, if I don't get this matter resolved.
