22 Days an waiting

I recently made 2 orders to be delivered on 30 October 2017, however after numerous phonecalls because delivery were late only one of the orders were delivered after I told the call centre agent to cancel both because of unprofessionalism on your side. This is not the first time that I have expreriences issues with a delivery. I would like to know whether the attached item has been cancelled as I dont see an update on my online profile as the item was never delivered. After numerous emails and telephone call it still have not been resolved.
