2021 Complaint Woolworths Complaint Not Resolved.

I did an order last year for woolworths food, got expired stuff. sent an email to their customer care, they kept trying to replace the items by sending it when i was not at work. to date complaint not resolved. After this, on a seperate complaint, I get an sms for a woolworths voucher to redeem, i go to woolworths flanders, I cant redeem the voucher cos i dont have my rewards cards. cashier refused to assist, the voucher sms said nothing about bringing along my card. WHY SO PATHETIC???
