2 weeks after my 3rd interaction and still nothing has been done

Do the jobs that you are hired for and things might get better. I have never interacted with people who are so clueless and can't comprehend that there are 2 accounts on my name that should not be there. Has this been fixed 2 weeks after the interaction. A resounding no. I will leave this on Hello Peter and Google for you as well.
