1st W value no value at all # Woolworths Hazyview

Called "customer help line" which turned out to be of no help on 05/02/2025 made 4 calls from 16h01 to 16h29 spoke to a Samantha with a very serious complaint regarding service standards. She indicated that the branch manager ( Hazyview Lowveld Mall) was told they would get back to me within 2 hours and today is day 5 with no response. Is this the Woolworths Difference?
