I trust you are well, I'm so disappointed and hurts about the treatment i got from Nathi Mahlaba at Richards Bay boardwalk centre Woolworths On the 15th of April i went to buy infant clothes for my unborn as im heavily 35 weeks pregnant, there was a long queue outside, most stores pregnant women don't join the queue but he refused to let me and it was the only store that refused a pregnant woman to go in, at Dischem, Game, Checkers and Clicks i didn't queue at all , even the security patrolling at the centre saw me on the queue he tried to talk to him but still he said i must join the queue.

I then joined the queue waited for 45 minutes my foot were swelling as i have pre-eclampsia and i was already angry and disappointed but i had no choice . i don't understand how they operate because at Woolworths Sanlam centre Empangeni they did let me in I didn't queue for minutes. Only Richards woolworths store I'm so disappointed as a valuable customer i didn't expect that treatment from a man who's in the management
